ABOUT
US
National Employment Service is a public service,
and it bears the status of a central and autonomous governmental
administration. NES was created and regulated its activities
, based in the articles of the law Nr. 7995 : “ For
the Promotion of the Employment” changed with the law
Nr. 8444 dated 21.1.1999 and with the law Nr. 8862 dated 7.3.2002.
The main organization of NES and its competences are regulated
by NES Charter approved with Decision Nr. 42 of the Council
of Ministers, dated 17 January 1998 : “For approval
of the status of the National Employment Service” changed
with the Decision Nr.263 of the Council of Ministers, dated
25.05.2000.
